So I had one of those amazingly cozy yet lonely yet nice saturday, and I decided to get my camera to work on some shots of what sorrounds me on a daily basis, there´s a lot I have bought and haven´t worn haha well it´s snowing outside, and I spend most time insde... but Im actually considering the fact that if I don´t stop the online shopping my goal to save will be the shadow of a thought... but it´s cold and there are so many things on sale in my size... which doesn´t really happen on stores... anyways let´s see what happens on spring when all I´d like to do will be staying out and buying downtown... haha ok ok I´ll stop here.

Anyways on sunday my super lovely french teacher invited us (Lauren, Laura and me) to have a cup of tea and eat the super delicious Galette des Rois (cake of the 3 kings) whichshe prepared herself, in both versions the local (comtoise) and the regular french one, both deliceux!!

The tradition in France is a little different than in Mexico, here if you find the thingy hidden in the cake you get to wear the crown, in Mexico you gotta throw a party, so far I like the french way, it is kinda easier... Well I got the thingy this time and I wore my crown with pride ;)

I learned a lot about foreign traditions, do you guys have some tradition like this?

I just recieved this copy from O´reillys´: The art of black and white photography by Trosten Andreas Hoffman, the internationally renowned photographer and author ofillustrated books on New York, Paris, Rome, and the Himalayas. just begun

I honestly just begun this amazing book, the weekend was pretty sunny but way to cold to go out, so I kept on filling my coffee cup following by cups of tea and sat on the couch next to the heater, and wen through the pages, I honestly couldn´t help but start trying some of the tips, I am ofcourse not done with the book just yet, but I´m sure you´ll be seeing a lot

of black and white from now on, just because I love it and I have a great coach by moe.

The book is available online, there are a lot of amazing books there to choose from too,

I honestly don´t know much about photography, what I´m sure of is that I have a passion for it, but let´s face passion is great but not good enough to have perfect results, so why not start little by little, from knowing how to choose a good camera, to applying the right filters in photoshop.

I am so hooked now , I have a rendez-vous for tea so I have to leave it for now, but I´ll be back...

So you know how unexpected things always end up being the best?

Well I can tell you A LOT about it, starting from the fact that all of the good things I´ve experienced have happened just like that, in a fluke, or maybe what we like to call fate, however, I can´t help but feel grateful after I look back and see all of the good that has come along in my life and that is just what makes me smile everyday...

Talking about these situations and people, first of all, these guys I just met are the kind of people you know

you´re never leting go no matter how far (geographically) the future places you...And for previous experience it does happen: you can keep those kind of relationships like forever!; I met them randomly and we just have so much in common it is kind of scary... in a good way of course.

Ok, so I´m not willing boring you all with my personal life, but these weekend we had an out -of -the blue trip to a City nearby, Ornans, and visited the Courbert museum and froze ourselves because of the freaking cold wave that is hiting Europe lately, (but hey one´s gotta do the best when you have the chance right?), and let me tell you it was one of the best days ever, I got to experience Rebecca´s talent, and I hope for real that we get to do this as often as possible to also keep you all posted!

I hope you like the pics as much as I do, and do get to know Rebecca´s work , cuz we´ll be working together A LOT!

So Ok, i´ve been acting nuts with my new proopticals glasses and my Instagram app on my Ipad , but I just can´t get over them.

So we all know that the trendy coffe cup is a most, like you can have the best paparazzi pics ever ´sdrinking your coffee or tea or just pretending to, but why do we do in the carboard cups? If we can get the mwost fashionable, eco-friendly accesory ever, plus it can be designed by ourselves....
Let me introduce you one of the best gifts I´ve ever recieved, my Keep Cup cup is honestly nowadays an extension of my hand itself, I loose the count of cups of coffee or tea I drink during the day (it is freezing here, like for real things get really frozen), so my keep cup has kept me warm this last week.
So here´s a little info about them I found in their site and I really couldn´t make a better description:

They are barista standard because they replicate standard takeaway sizes and fit under the group heads of most espresso machines. When espresso based coffee is made in your KeepCup the crema remains intact and the portioning of milk to coffee will be correct.

Many small acts can make a phenomenal difference. (really guys if we don´t do it, who will?)

Five years time.

Have you ever heard the saying: "home is where your heart is..."?, well you know how I always talk about Holland and all of my memories, I even posted the pics with my dutch sister when she visited me. This time I headed back home, and Gosh how it felt like it, it was just too cozy too familiar and way too appealing to stay forever; I saw a lot of people in quite a short time, overwhelming, in a good way of course, but it was just the BEST experience EVER!, I dreamed on being back to those corners in my mind and I was there again, but you know how when you go back to those places you worshiped once, they always seem either smaller or not as cool as you remember?, to me it felt like I have been there for forever, no big changes and i hafd just the same feeling as five years ago.

I also met new people and it just filled my world, I spent the best Crhistmas and new years, and ofcourse I made lots of shopping... so this was my holidays, way too personal to fit them in a fashion blog, I know, but these, I believe, are the things worth sharing.

How where your holidays?

thanks for keep on following, and excuse the delays but I´m really trying to enjoy this experience at its fullest, and also I have no photographer available... so hope you enjoy and if you ever go to Primark get crazy like I did, that is my best advise so far... ;)

golden goodie, im also wearing the cozyest vest from H&M faux furry and soo warm....and well I am currently buidling my french Vogue collection of course...

So this is me reporting from my new life, at least for a year I´ll be living in the amazing town of Auxon Dessus, which is pretty close to Besancon, a precious city that merges the pretty old medieval living with the modern life, and yes the stores downtown are great!

I found some amazing stuff there and I couldn´t help but take my pics, I really wanted to share with you a bit of the things I find. I finally found a star t shirt with a little transparency, and a sheer blouse also the necklace, it is great, you know those times you wonder wheather the exact idea of a piece you have in mind already exists, and well I found these three which where actually real and plus in sale!!! :D

It is pretty hard to get used to a new weather, so I have to go shopping a lot, until I find myself comfortable and warm enough.

But well going through Sephora I found the greatest product for nailpolish remover, it is awsome I don´t even think i´ll ever use anything else again, it leaves your nails super clean and your hands soft. I also finally got the brow seal from makeup forever I´ve been looking for, it is totally worth it and it works like a charm.

The mascara is also a great purchase it does help your cateye look, and the handcreme it had to be here it is absolutely amazing because it does its work perfectly, inspite the cold, my hands are so soft and my nails too.

Asi que ahora reporto desde mi nueva vida, por lo menos por un año voy a vivir en el hermoso pueblo de Auxon Dessus, que está muy cerca de Besancon, una cuidad hermosa que tiene el contraste de la vida medieval con la moderna, y sí las tiendas en el centro están muy bien!

Encontré unas cosas increíbles ahí y no pude más que tomar fotos, realmente quiero compartirles un poco de lo que encuentro. Finalmente encontré una tshirt de estrellas con un poco de transparencias en la espalda, y una blusa sheer y también el collar, es excelente, saben como cuándo tienen una idea de una pieza y te preguntas si existe, y bueno he encontrado tres piezas exactamente como las quería y además en oferta!!! :D

Es muy difícil adaptarse a un nuevo clima, así que todavía tengo que ir mucho de shopping hasta que me sienta agusto y calientita.

Y bueno entrando a Sephora me encontré un producto para despintar las uñas que es absolutamente increíble, no creo jamás volver a usar otra cosa, deja las manos y las uñas super limpias y muy suaves. También encontré por fin el sellador de cejas de forever makeup que funciona a la perfección.

Y el rímel fue también una muy buena compra, de verdad ayuda a lograr el cat eye look, y la crema para manos tenía que salir porque es fabulosa, hace muy bien su trabajo, a pesar del clima frío mis manos y uñas están muy suavecitas.

The sweetest post ever!

This is my new laptop case that I got as a present fom caseable, the greatest case site ever!, you create the design of whatever you want and they print it on a laptop, i pad, kindle and journal.

It is the most personal way to carry the things you can´t live without.

Plus the fidelity of colors and the quality of the fabric are just perfection.

You know I am a sucker for french macaroons, so I really couldn´t think of anything better to print.

But to be honest the sweetest thing of all is the people at caseable, they rock!!

And as the cherry on top more sweetness from the rainbow cake and cupcakes I made for my friends...

Esta es mi nueva funda que me mandaron como regalo de caseable, el mejor sitio de fundas!, tu creas el diseño que quieras y ellos te lo imprimen en fundas para laptop, ipad, kindle y libretitas tipo diario.

Es la manera más personal de traer y proteger las cosas de las que no puedes prescindir.

Además la fidelidad de los colores y la calidad de la tela son la perfección.

Y bueno ustedes saben que amo los macaroons franceses, así que realmente no pude pensar en otra cosa para hacer mi diseño.

Last wednesday I went to the city, for the Vogue´s France is "in".

I was one of the 10 finalists, from 500 pictures, and well I must confess that my biggest excitement was to

get to meet Eva Hughes, so we got introduced and got talking, i of course asked her about how she got to be

where she is, I am always intrigued by how people I admire gets along the way and how they nail it.

But what really made my night was that she asked for my data!!

Oh well and also that I won 1st place! ...Now I must confess I truly felt my heart running out of my body

when they had already named the 5 first places and my name had not been said yet, I figured I might have been one of the 4 left ones but no, thank God! I heard my name and I swear I felt a little cold for a while, and then... well I´ve never been more excited in my life, there were tons of pics, I was shaking and I really am thankful than my friend Mon was with me in that moment, she rocks, and we partyied for a while...

I have to thank Nany A LOT for this achievement, because for both this is quite a growth on our careers,

El miércoles pasado fui a la cuidad, a la premiación del concurso Francia está de Moda de Vogue México.

Fui una de las 10 finalistas, de 500 fotos, y bueno debo confesar que mi mayor emoción era conocer a Eva Hughes, así que nos presentaron y nos pusimos a platicar, yo por supuesto le pregunté cómo había llegado

hasta donde está, siempre me intriga saber el camino que recorrió la gente que admiro para llegar a donde están.

Pero lo mejor de la noche es que me pidió mis datos!!

Y bueno también que gané primer lugar!.... Ahora debo confesar que realmente sentía que el corazón se me

salía, cuando ya habían dicho los 5 primeros lugares y mi nombre no salía, pensé que igual y era una de las 4 no ganadoras, pero no gracias a Dios! Escuché mi nombre y de verdad que me congelé por un rato, y luego... bueno nunca he estado tan emocionada en mi vida, había miles de fotos, yo temblaba y de verdad que qué bueno que me acompañó Mon en ese momento, es la mejor y festejamos un rato...

Y tengo que agradecer MUCHISIMO a Nany por este logro, porque para las dos es un increíble crecimiento en nuestras carreras.

I tried to lotter my maxi skirt, I must confess that maxis are super comfy but this one is kinda

tight... so it is harder to match for me, but it all came well with this sheer-ish flower shirt.

What I adore of this maxi trend is that no legs must be shown in order to look femenine and plus in the

winter time they rock because you can wear leggings underneath and no one will notice.

Traté de hacer funcionar my falda maxi, y debo confesar que las maxis son lo más agusto del mundo, pero

ésta es un poquito apretada... así que es mucho más difícil de combinar para mí, pero todo salió bien con esta blusa transparentona.

Lo que más me gusta de la tendencia de las maxi es que no necesitas enseñar las piernas para verte femenina y además en el invierno son lo mejor porque puedes usar leggings abajo y ni quién se de cuenta.

About this shoot, it took place on an amazing street in my town, I love it... it was a pitty there where so many cars, but the houses are great and so old, I wonder about their stories...

This rainy/suddenly sunny days have been driving me crazy, it is impossible to know what to wear...

at that moment it was raining quite a litte so we took this great pictures under the effect of clouds... nice huh?

Esta vez me encantaría hablar del fotográfo, es todo un artista y ahora el fotógrafo oficial de you got me sewn; su nombre es Oscar Ar y para saber todo de él da click en su nombre. Pronto dedicaré un post a su increíble trabajo.

Acerca de este shoot, lo tomamos en una calle increíble en mi cuidad, me encanta.... qué lástima que habían muchos coches alrededor, pero las casas están hermosas y son super viejas, quién sabe cuántas historias tengan...

Estos días con lluvia y sol repentino me están volviendo loca, es casi imposible saber qué ponerse...

My ballet point shoes (from when I was 6) and my flamenco "castañuelas".

I am a quite nostalgic person, I kinda live in the past all the time... though I really like to enjoy the present and well I can´t deny I´m constantly thinking of the future...But the best way for me to keep my memories is through things... I do love vintage stuff, but what I love the most is to own stuff with personal meaning.

Most of my aunts know this so before they throw something away they ask me to go check their closets and save whatever I think I can save and reuse, and I too, love to asault my mom´s stuff...

And well there are gifts from my grandma I keep with special care, I am named after her and she was such an amazing person... so this little things of her I keep remind me of her style, which I loved, and make me feel quite closer to her, she was my father´s mother; and about my mum´s mum she rocks as well, she is so full of life I can´t help but feel inspired, plus she is always so put together even at 7am... quite a goal to achieve...

After a quick view to my personal life and feelings I´d love to share some of the stuff I keep closer to me because of its meaning, my true treasures.

Soy una persona bastante nostálgica, vivo un poquito en el pasado casi todo el tiempo... aunque me gusta disfrutar del presente, y bueno no puedo negar que también constantemente pienso en el futuro... Pero bueno para mí la mejor manera de guardar mis memorias es a través de las cosas... Me encantan las cosas vintage, pero lo que más me gusta es tener cosas con significado personal.

La mayoría de mis tías saben esto, así que antes de que tiren cosas me hablan para que vaya a revisar sus closets y salve lo que crea salvable y pueda volver a usar, y también me gusta asaltar el closet de mi mamá.

Y bueno, también tengo algunos regalos de mi abuela que guardo con un cariño muy especial, me pusieron su nombre y la verdad es que era una persona increíble... así que estas pequeñas cosas suyas que tengo me recuerdan mucho su estilo, que me encantaba, y me hacen sentir un poquito más cerca de ella, era la mamá de mi papá, Y de la mamá de mi mamá, bueno, ella también es increíble, está tan llena de vida que no hay de otra más que sentirse inspirado. además siempre está impecable aunque sean las 7am... una buena meta a seguir.

Después de un vistazo a mi vida personal y sentimientos, me encantaría compartir algunas de las cosas que tengo muy de cerca por su significado, mis verdaderos tesoros.

Feeling Lacey.

It has been crazy weather lately, it rains a lot, and then the sun shines again...it´s so hard to choose what to wear and plus locations for pictures become impossible, so I took my tripod and tried to shot some pics to update my posts.... I tried to wave a little my hair to spice things up and it does change a lot one´s looks, you should really try it every once in a while for a change... and these are the results.
I personally love wearing lace, it is so femenine, romantic and chic, and sometimes a harsh contrast just makes it way more interesting, so I added my riding boots to achieve such sort of leather and lace cute combo.
PS, I´m using my new camera a Nikon L120, but I don´t quite see the greatest resolution in my computer screen as I see it on the camera´s, anyone kows why this happens? I do have it in the 14.1 megapixels.

El clima ha estado loco últimamente, llueve muchísimo, y luego sale el sol de nuevo.... es super difícil escoger que ponerse y además las locaciones para fotos se vuelven imposibles, así que agarré mi tripié y traté de hacer un shoot para hacer un update de mis posts...Me ondulé algo el pelo, aveces esto cambia mucho el look, deben de tratarlo algunas veces, sólo para cambiar poquito...y estos son los resultados.
Personalmente, me encanta usar encaje, es tan femenino, romántico y chic, y muchas veces un contraste rudo lo vuelve mucho más interesante, así que añadí mis riding boots para lograr ese combo de piel y encaje.
PD, Estoy usando mi nueva cámara Nikon L120, pero no se ve la mejor resoalución del mundo en mi computadora, pero si en la cámara, alguien sabe porqué pasa esto? Lo tengo en la resolución de 14.1 megapixeles...

When I was little I used to make lots of this kind of bracelets and I sold them at school, I was quite good at it ... And now they´re back and I couldn´t help but making some, plus I found this material in neon color.

I still have some time left these days and I am making a lot of stuff, oh well, I love DIY-ing...

This summer you all should try to do something like this, is so relaxing and it makes you feel able to do great stuff, plus, you can get some extra cash by selling your DIY´s...

it is fashion literature and history. I truly am happy to own it, it has absolutely every single detail to build up and develop your own style, all advises and ideas from the world´s top fashion bloggers, real people

who make statements all over the web by their amazing pictures and great real outfits.

This book contains EVERYTHING you want to know, and it shows you all you didn´t even know

you wanted to know, ok word game, but it´s true...It goes from colors, shapes, even quantities of pieces one should have to achieve the finding of one´s true style, to how to get amazing pieces

Me mandaron este libro para hacer un review, y déjenme decirles que no es sólo un libro, este es EL libro.

Es literatura e historia de la moda. De verdad estoy feliz por tenerlo, tiene absolutamente cada detalle para construir y desarrollar el estilo propio, todos los consejos e ideas de los top bloggers de la moda en el mundo, gente real que impone tendencias por medio de la red con sus fotos e increíbles outfits en la vida real.

Este libro contiene TODO lo que quieres saber, y muestra todo aquello que ni siquiera sabías que querías saber, ok un juego de palabras, pero es verdad... Va desde colores, formas, cantidades de piezas que uno debería tener para lograr encontrar el estilo propio hasta como obtener piezas increíbles y realmente sentirlas al usarlas.

Son tantas buenas fotos, que realmente se me ha hecho de lo mas dífícil escoger pocas, y todavía hay miles que quisera haber subido....

Descubrí un nuevo talento, que digo talento TALENTAZO, Oscar Araiza me hizo el favor de tomar estas fotos, y algunas otras que están por venir, y bueno no hay mucho que escribir, literalmente una imagen vale mucho más que mil palabras....

Por cierto, en este shoot me acompañó mi amiga Raquel, a quién vestí y estilicé, y bueno vaya que nos divertimos, le di un toque un poco Pin -up a su estilo... qué tal?

Al parecer estoy de regreso y vaya que traigo muuuuchos planes y sorpresas.

I found out about a new talent, a GREAT TALENT, Oscar Araiza was kind enough to take this pics and some others to come, and well there isn´t much I can say, An image is well worth more than a thousand words....

By the way, in this shoot Raquel my friend came along, whom I styled and "pimped", and wwe had a blast, i gave her style a Pin-up -ish touch...what do you guys think?

Ultimamente me ha dado por meterme a la cocina. Cuando viví en Holanda probé unas galletitas

deliciosas que se llaman "Roze Koekjes", después de buscar como loca encontré la receta perfecta,

y decidí "pimplearlas" un poco, con bombones y chochitos y cambiar el color y sabor del glazé.

En fin, el punto es que quedaron DELICIOSAS, justo el sabor que extrañaba....

Y hoy hice mis favoritos: Macarons franceses, y aunque no lucen como los perfectos Pierre Hermé o Ladureé, ciertamente saben a lo que deberían... creo que voy a empezar a considerar pasar más tiempo en la cocina....

Lately I´ve been baking a lot. While I lived in Holland, I tried this delicious little cookies named

"Roze Koekjes", and after a long crazy search for recepies I finally found the perfect one, and

I decided to "pimp" them a little, adding marshmallows and sprinkles and also I changed the

glaze´s color and flavour.

The thing is they turned out DELICIOUS, just the taste I´ve missed so much....

And today I made my faves: French Macarons, and tho they don´t look at all like the perfect Pierre Hermé or Ladureé, they certainly taste as they should... I think I might consider spending more time in the kitchen from now on...

Hablando de DIY, hice este candelabro hace unas semanas, tal vez lo vieron anunciado

en mi status de FB... Lamentablemente no salió bien en la foto, pero tiene

miles de perlas, flores y gemitas transparentes.

Talking about DIY-ing, I made this chandelier a while back, you might have seen it

written in my FB status.. but sadly it didn´t pohotographed well, It has loads of pearls

flowers and transparent gems.

Hola! De ahora en adelante voy a escribir mis posts en español, creo que muchos de mis seguidores hablan español y es mi lengua materna, además fue una linda sugerencia de una seguidora ,así que:

Bueno he estado super ocupada, estos días, me propuse hacer muchas prendas,

además de que la semana pasada tuve mi primera clienta y estoy en el proceso de hacer su vestido ;)

Así que entre una cosa y otra se me antojó mucho una falda transparente, (ya había hecho un vestido así),

pero necesitaba algo más casual, así que hice esta falda en color verde turqueza (mi favorito), justo

la acabé, ¿qué tal?

PS. También cambié mi look, me corte metros de pelo y ahora soy feliz porque ha hecho un

calor infernal.... era una necesidad, pero me gustó, además está comodísimo.

I´ve been very busy this days, as goal I´ve decided I´ll sew a lot of pieces,

plus, this week I had my first client, and I am currently working on her dress ;)

So in between so many things, I was really craving for a sheer skirt, (I´ve already made

a dress with sheer skirt) but I needed something way more casual, so I made this skirt in my favourite colour, teal, I just finished, what do you think?

PS. I also changed my look, I had to cut loads of hair because of the terrible heat, it was such a need,

but I really liked the results, plus it is soooo comfy, and low mantainance.

This is my vintage teal blazer, well my mum´s but she has never worn it so I took it from her

My lovely big brother brought me this skirt form Spain a long time ago, I honestly never knew how to wear it,
it used to be all the way to the hips, but i sew a little and made it a little high waisted...
I took it out of my closet recently and discovered what an amazing piece it is, so now I´m positive I´ll be wearing it a lot!, plus it is super comfortable and matches almost any color!!!
Are there any pieces on your closet you feel like ditching? Wait a minute, think twice before you trhow them
away, maybe a good renewal could save them. Let´s reuse!

Punk me Amadeus.

Some of you may have read in facebook that I´ve been working on some DIY´s.

There are a bunch of things I´d like to do, unfortunatelly between school and some

other things I must do I have a few hours left to work on this little projects.

I love "pimpin´" stuff... So this time it was my faux leather jacket´s turn to be

Pimped, I added a touch of punk with some studs I´ve had for ages, I must say I add

studs to almost anything, I´ve added them to purses, shoes and leggings, among other things...

So it is piece of cake:

1- define where you want your studs to be placed, and weather you´d like a symethric or asymethric shape

of the "studding".

2- With a little strenght push them through the jacket and secure in the back.

3. Et voilá, you´ve got yourself a pretty nice "new" jacket

I hope you like this, and expect more projects ;)

This time my friend Conchita helped me with the pics, she´s one good photographer right?

It´s all feeling! haha I love her.

It´s been the craziest weather ever, so windy and sometimes so hot, and

then so cold, it is damn hard to choose what to wear these days.

Anyways, I found this dress in some random store, and I just loved it and

immediately tought about pairing it with lace tights and my lovely wedges I just adore

because they´re the most comfortable thing ever!

I adore nude colors, they´re so ethereal and femenine and just lovely.

What do you think about the contrast of nudes and military green? I looove it.

Lottering my Maxidress plus mi DIYchunky scarf!!!!

I bought this dress last summer, and to be honest I wore it like only a couple of times,

And I really wanted to make it work for the winter, because it looks way more polished

with a blazer, and a chunky scarf is always an "IT" item.

It is a really excellent way to be warm (make sure you wear leggings underneath,

no one will notice and your legs will be warm.)

So get into your closet, pick your fave maxi dress and make it

work this last days of winter before spicing it up for summer...

This is the introduction of my Vintage red sweater, which was kept by years in my aunt´s closet

but one day I rescue it, and then it spend some other years at mine, but once i pulled it off, I figured

that this is one of the best pieces in my wardrobe!!

I really love this chunky yet classy sweater, the shape is just so unique, plus it is super warm.

And well Camila wanted to be in the picture again so I let her, she´s the most adorable

dog ever.

And I hope you can notice my attempt of the ombre hair, it was another DIY project...

It has to grow a little more, but I truly liked it.

I´ve been looking for Capes, everywhere and I´ve never found something i could really like.

So I found this fabric, took my mums furry collar and tada!!! I made my own super warm cape.

I love to wear it even inside my house, this freezing cold days it has been like my blanket - to -go.

I can wear it almost everywhere and stay warm, and chic ;)

This is what I wore to school today, & to be honest I did got a little inspo from Spencer Hastings,

I love her Preppy style, but I must say I do also love Hanna and Aria´s. All of them are

the characters of one really cool TV show, and all of them are really stylish

in a real kind of way, because one of my biggest inspirations are the Gossip

Girl girls, but let´s face it, it is way harder to achieve such complex outfits, and this girls style´s areway more viable to translate.

Anyways, if you haven´t seen the show, is the time to start, it is very misterious, stylish and

ok I must say, there are a bunch of cute guys involved...

Dreamy purses!

These are my new couple of beauties.
I´ve always dreamed of a 2.55, but let´s face it, if I wait until I save enough...well I wouldn´t have it in my hands very soon, so I found this amazing Westies by Nine West bag, which I had seen in the prettiest nude color, but when I came back for it it was sold out, but I think gold is a very good color, it matches almost anything, and well destiny wanted me to have the last trend (metallics) in my wardrobe ;), plus it was on sale so it definetly had to come back with me and well it is a timeless item so it was an inversion, right?
And the cutie right next to the golden beauty is my new Coach purse (given to me by my amazing boyfriend).
Teal in almost all shades is my favourite color so he really thought about me while picking, and honestly it is an awsome purse, I love it!

DIY nails and a couple macaroons.

On top of one of my fave scents: Pink Sugar by Acquolina.

Back to the phone pics,I went macaroon hunting with Raquel my friend and this is what we found, just a couple to try, but they were a little moist and they didn´t have exaclty the taste of a true macaroon, so we´ll keep searching ;)... But well, my obssesion with macaroons ain´t the main topic, I just wanted to show you my DIY work on nails, first seen at a Chanel runway (I think) a couple of years ago but I wasn´t very fond of it, and now it has grown on me, but this time inspo comes from Vena Cava, Ruffian and of course from The Cherry Blossom Girl (icon).

The DIY:

1. First choose both colors, it is easier to do the lighter first, but if you want the darker to be the halfmoon it is possible too.
2. So paint your nail even and let it dry.
3. When completely dry, use this stickers (if you know the right name please let me know) to mark the half moon:

4. And then paint over it, if being the dark color it is ok to paint over the sticker and the light polish, but when being the light use the nailpolish remover with the sticker on before applying the second color.

5. Apply a couple of coats and before completely dry remove sticker, and let it dry.

6. Try to leave it totally dry, if not you´ll make a mess ;)

7.Apply a topcoat for protection , I use ORLY´s won´t chip, you can find it at Sally Beauty Supply, or order directly from the Orly web page.

And that´s it, you can make as many combinations as possible, and it is not big deal! And your nails will always look chic and different!

My lost-found, lost and found again package finally arrived :D

The cute couple:

I ordered this shoes a long time ago, but they got lost in the mail, and after a long time of searching,

and no answers from the ps, i thought they were lost for good, and I shall never see them.

But yesterday one of my bf´s told me they had arrived, and I couldn´t be any happier.

So this morning, we fnally met after a long adventure, and I fell in love with them immediately.

And here they are together with my other D&O oxfords; I can´t wait to order more & start my collection ;)

This is the last dress I made, it was for a school project.

I took a little inspiration of Marie Antoiniette; surely Sofia Coppola´s movie has given it the perfect image.

Altough I did a little looking on the original woman (who I must say is one of my fave characters in World History), I also did give it a little modern touch, and a way more simple style, of course the movie

was a great influence (as most Coppola movies are.)

It also has a true ballerina kinda like touch, tulle and fluffy, are always a good reference.

So I hope you like my very simple Marie Antoinette.inspired dress, with a ballerina touch.

I just love that song, cheerful and merry, just like X-mass, my favourite Holliday. (try to read the descriptions with a little rythm...i tried to make it sound merry, haha hope it worked.)

This is me back in the game, I´m sorry it takes the longest time to post, as you all

know I´ve been busy and plus I still do not own a cool camera and I would

never let my pics in some other hands but Nani´s.

Anyways, this time we went through the city and had lots of fun

with Nany´s cousins, maybe later, when I got some time, I´ll upload more pics

of this amazing shoot.

So enjoy and PS, I had this jeans for as long as I

can remember, they are my favourite jeans ever, and I refuse to throw them away

so I decided to make a DIY thing to them inspired by Levi´s.

And well is also a good way to recycle and cooperate with our dear Mommy Earth.

Ok, so I got vacation, a little bit but this was an amazing week

with ALL of my friends, it was awsome, Andrea and Any both took

their brand new cameras and there are some great pics.

This is just a preveiew but as soon as I get the rest I´ll be

posting much more!

Ok, so hopefully you guys have summer vacations (the north emisphere) and get some

inspiration from this collage.

I am so eager to go on a vacation trip but unfortunatelly the system

of my University includes NO VACATION!!!

But well I´m working hard on what I love, (at the end I´ll show you what I did this term.)

So, this are some of my currently favourite pieces I´d love to take to a beach trip.

Inspiration also taken by a scene from Audrey Hepburn´s movie "Two for the Road"

I can´t remember the brand of the straw Panama hat, but the flowers on top are

from last year´s H&M summer, shades and sandals are this season Prada.

(I never thought I´d love some transparent plastic stuff, but I´m obsessed with this line).

The polka dot swimsuit is also H&M´s, this season, the runway inspiration

comes from Ferragamo (left) and Abaete, last year´s.

This current trend of straw bags comes perfectly to my closet, My mum has

got some of those, this one is Jimmy Choo.

The bracelets are from a Brazilian brand "Escapulario", they rock, I´ve been

lately obssesed on adding pieces to my ankles, this type look amazing.

And my beloved watch from La Mer is still not crossed in my list, may

be It will come by itself for my b-day... who knows.

I´ve never been such thing as a Gaga fan, but I find her style so amusing and interesting,

And well I must say that every single video is a new experience, all of them in such differnet styles.

I saw this video and I must confess I found it super inspirational, all of the colors

and the photography just kept on catching my eye.

It is truly something I would use to create lots of stuff.

I like to be involved in things and make deep thoughts before I start a design, I mean

It is fair to give every single design their own soul, and finding inspiration is the first and most

important step, and yes always counting on not making copies but

owning thoughts and turning what´s around into a personal proyection.

I also find it great to be developed in Italy, It took me to the time that

was there and memories just started to burst.

I also love this following video (sorry I couldn´t insert it),

it has different photography and the style is different

altough there are some similarities.

This is one of my favourite songs from one of my favourite groups.

Also super inspirational, I believe.

But anyways I´ll stop wandering anround, and let you all just enjoy!
